This legal notice governs the use of miguelrecio.es. By browsing the site you accept these terms. You agree to use it lawfully and not to harm its operation or that of the services that make it possible.

Intellectual property

The text, designs, images, logos and code of this site are mine or used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without my prior written consent.

Client projects are shown with the client’s permission. Their brands and logos belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services (Cal.com, Stripe, social networks, client websites). I do not control their content and am not responsible for it; each has its own terms and policies.

Liability

I take care that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, but I am not liable for damage arising from technical interruptions, occasional errors or misuse of its content.

Buying the audit

Who it is for: the website conversion audit is offered to businesses and professionals for their trade, not to consumers.
Price and taxes: the price of each plan is shown on the audit page. Spanish businesses also pay the applicable VAT; international invoices are issued without VAT where the rules allow it.
Payment and invoice: you pay by card through Stripe and receive the receipt and invoice by email. I never have access to your card details.
Timing: the five working days start once both the payment and the questionnaire have arrived.
Cancellation: you can cancel by writing to me before sending the questionnaire and I will refund the full amount. Once the audit has started there is no refund, because the work is already under way.
Scope: the audit is an analysis with recommendations. Applying them is your decision and results depend on many factors, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Use of the report: the report is for the internal use of your business and the people who work on your website. I treat the information you share with me as confidential.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This site and any relationship arising from it are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Zamora, unless the law provides otherwise.
